About

Daniel Fan is an associate attorney with Cummins, Goodman, Denley & Vickers P.C.  Mr. Fan’s practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense, OSHA, and defense in other administrative law matters.  Before joining the firm, Mr. Fan practiced criminal defense.

When Mr. Fan is not practicing law, he can be found out in nature photographing the Pacific Northwest’s dynamic landscapes, and exploring out-of-the way diners, bistros, bodegas, and bakeries.

In previous walks of life, I had a talent for distilling complex situations down to understandable bites, and offering actionable options.  In law, almost every action has benefits and drawbacks. An attorney can’t always predict the future. I look to identify various routes to alternative outcomes, from which a client can pick the one that best suits their goals and risk tolerances.
