About

Jameson Goodman is an attorney with Cummins, Goodman, Denley & Vickers P.C.  Mr. Goodman’s practice focuses on OSHA, workers’ compensation and other administrative law defense.  Before becoming an attorney and joining the firm, Mr. Goodman worked in claims management services for a workers’ compensation claims administrator.

When Mr. Goodman is not practicing law, he can be found fishing, golfing, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his wife, Julie, and two dogs, Cooper and Kona.

I decided to go to law school after working for a large third-party administrator where I managed complex and high exposure workers’ compensation claims for self-insured employers in Oregon and Washington.  During that time, I found that I wanted to better understand the legal strategies that can be applied to the unique aspects of each case.

What I enjoy most about being an attorney is being able to provide clients with well-reasoned, creative, and effective strategies specific to the facts of each case.
