Law Practice

Katherine Fredericks is an associate with Cummins, Goodman, Denley & Vickers P.C.  Her practice focuses on workers’ compensation, OSHA, employment law and other administrative law defense.  Before joining the firm, Ms. Fredericks worked as a Judicial Extern for the United States District Court of Oregon in Portland, Oregon, and she volunteered as a law clerk at The Commons Law Center in Portland, Oregon.

When not practicing law, Ms. Fredericks can be found cooking, reading or hiking.

After a number of years participating in my high school and college mock trials, the decision to become an attorney was an easy one to make. I love learning. And what I enjoy most about being an attorney is that in the practice of law, every day presents a new challenge and an opportunity to learn something new. Katherine A. Fredericks
