George W. Goodman
Mr. Goodman is a shareholder and the lead litigation attorney for the firm. He is an AV attorney as rated by Martindale- Hubbell. His practice emphasizes complex contract disputes, personal injury defense, OSHA defense, employment law and workers’ compensation defense litigation. Before joining the firm, he worked for the litigation unit of a large Portland, Oregon firm. He received his law degree from Northwestern School of Law and has other graduate and undergraduate degrees from the University of Southern California and the University of Wisconsin. He is a member of the Oregon, Washington, and federal bars, the Oregon and National Self-Insurers Association and the American Bar Association's Occupational Safety and Health Subcommittee.

Damon Vickers
Mr. Vickers is a shareholder and practices in our litigation department. He emphasizes workers' compensation, OSHA and safety-related litigation and other administrative law defense. He received his law degree from Willamette University School of Law and graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington with a B.A. degree. Mr. Vickers is a member of the Oregon, Idaho, Washington and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He is a member of the Oregon Self-Insurers Association, Oregon Association of Defense Counsel and the American Bar Association's Occupational Safety and Health Subcommittee.

Mr. Graham is an associate and practices in our litigation department. He works on workers' compensation, OSHA and safety-related litigation, employment law and other administrative law defense matters. He graduated cum laude from Lewis & Clark Law School and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Santa Cruz, with a B.A. in Philosophy.

Rebecca Z. May
Ms. May is an associate and practices in our litigation department. Prior to joining our team, Ms. May was a Deputy District Attorney for Lane County, Oregon, and was engaged in her own domestic relations and immigration law practice. Prior to law school, Ms. May worked in the corporate world for Dell, Inc. and State Farm Insurance. She received her law degree from the Willamette University College of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of Texas.

Jonathan A. Rose
Mr. Rose is an associate and practices in our litigation department focusing on civil litigation, workers' compensation, employment law and other administrative law defense. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Rose served as a Summer Associate at Gold, Lange & Majoros, PC, as well as a legal intern for Monroe County Public Defender's office in Indiana. He received his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business from Michigan State University.

Matthew F. Denley
Mr. Denley is a shareholder and litigator in both the civil litigation department and our administrative law department. In addition
to workers' compensation insurance defense work, he emphasizes employment law and related regulatory matters. He graduated from Willamette University College of Law, where he received a J.D. degree, and earned magna cum laude honors with a B.A. degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota. He is a member of Oregon, Washington and District of Columbia Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Oregon Self-Insurers Association.

Mr. Anderson is an associate and practices in our litigation department focusing on civil litigation, workers' compensation, employment law, and other administrative law defense. Prior to joining our firm, Mr. Anderson was the managing partner at Clarke & Anderson, P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia. He practiced in the areas of civil litigation, intellectual property, entertainment law including related litigation and criminal law. He received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Oregon.

Prior to joining our team, Ms. Hier was a Business Law Extern for Mentor Graphics, and an Intern for the Prosecution Clinic of Marion County District Attorney's office. She also clerked for the Labor and Industries Division of the Attorney General's office for the State of Washington, and the Veterans Affairs office in Portland. She received her law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, having majored in Economics at Middlebury College, Vermont.

Mr. Fish is the managing attorney for the firm and is a shareholder. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Fish worked for a subsidiary of PacifiCorp, a large northwest utility in Portland, Oregon and for an export trading company in New York. He received his J.D. degree from Northwestern School of Law and has an M.B.A. degree from New York University in Finance.
