George W. Goodman
 Mr.
Goodman is a shareholder and the lead litigation
attorney for the firm. He is an AV attorney as rated by Martindale- Hubbell. His practice emphasizes
complex contract disputes, personal injury
defense, OSHA defense, employment law and
workers’ compensation defense litigation.
Before joining the firm, he worked for the
litigation unit of a large Portland, Oregon
firm. He received his law degree from Northwestern

degrees from the University of Southern California
and the University of Wisconsin. He is a member
of the Oregon, Washington, and federal bars, the Oregon
and National Self-Insurers Association and

Prior to law school, Ms. May worked in the corporate world for Dell, Inc. and State Farm Insurance. She received her law degree from the Willamette University College of Law. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature from the University of Texas.

office for the State of Washington, and the Veterans Affairs office in Portland.
She received her law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. She
holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, having majored in Economics at Middlebury
