Mr. Nichols is a shareholder and practices in our litigation department. His practice primarily involves workers’ compensation, OSHA, and employment law. Mr. Nichols graduated cum laude from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Frostburg State University. Mr. Nichols is licensed to practice in Oregon and Washington.
