James E. Molyneux-Elliot
Mr. Molyneux-Elliot is an associate with the firm. His practice focuses on workers’ compensation, OSHA, employment law and other administrative law defense. Before joining the firm, Mr. Molyneux-Elliot was a certified law student for Multnomah Defenders, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. Mr. Molyneux-Elliot was also a law clerk at Lindsay Hart, LLP, in Portland, Oregon. Prior to that, he was an investigative intern at Whatcom County Public Defender in Bellingham, Washington and an instructor assistant mentor at Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. Mr. Molyneux-Elliot received his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School, graduating cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Western Washington University in Bellingham, Washington. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar Association.
